4. Application Fee
- ₹1,000 + 18% GST (Non-refundable)
- The application form will only activate after successful payment of this fee.
5. Required Documents (Scanned Copies)
Kindly keep the following ready in prescribed format:
a. Recent Passport-size Photograph and Signature
b. Address Proof
c. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
d. Horizontal Reservation Certificate (if applicable)
e. Nomination Certificate (if nominee is added)
f. Affidavit as per the registration booklet format
g. Cancelled Cheque or Passbook copy for refund processing
6.Original Documents.
- Please retain the original copies of all uploaded documents.
- These will be required at the time of allotment and further processing.
7. Bank Account Details for Refund
- Applicants must enter their own bank account details.
- Refund (in case of non-allotment) will be processed only in the provided account.
- Important: Any error or mismatch in bank details may result in refund being credited to the wrong account.
